Stuff I care about a lot

Getting the game to your store. That's why I have experienced professionals like Tundra Sales Organization handle my warehousing and invoicing, instead of myself.

Satisfying your customers. By providing a great game, fun stuff to do and discuss on-line, and continuing to support the game with further products.

Keeping those customers loyal to your store. If a staff member or customer wants to run a Sorcerer demonstration, I have a program by which my site becomes an advertisement for your store, and the customers' participation becomes - for lack of a better word - an act of promotion. Check out the Sorcerer site for details.

Stuff I don't care about

d20. Really, I’m neither its foe nor its fan. The same pretty much goes for anything that’s touted to save or destroy the industry.

Discounts. I think it’s fair that my direct-sales cost the customer just the same as the MSRP in the stores. Customers pay $20 if they buy from me. Aside from that, if a secondary merchant cuts or raises the price, it’s no concern of mine.
